1. What amount do I have to enter in the “Amount” field in the Credit Card Payment section?
Enter the amount in euro (excluding VAT), indicated in the estimate, in the “Amount” field.

2. Is VAT automatically calculated?
VAT is automatically calculated once you click the “Send” button and it is shown in the next screen. Foreign companies must choose an option in the “VAT exemption list” for VAT exclusion.

3. Which code do I have to enter in the “Estimate number” field?
The reference code is in the estimate (e.g. DS1518)

4. What credit cards can I use for payment?
The types of credit cards that may be used for payment are Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

5. In which currency?
The only currency accepted is the euro.

6. How will you treat my personal data?
Please read the informative notice about the handling and communication of personal data.

7. Is the transaction carried out in a secure environment?
The transaction will be performed in a VeriSign Secure environment, which represents the highest standards of security on the market today.

8. Which method of payment is better: “Guided payment with credit card” or “Rapid payment with credit card”?
Both types of payment are performed in a VeriSign secure environment. The “Guided payment with credit card” is a step-by-step procedure which reduces the risk of making a mistake.

9. Who can use the “Pay by Code” option?
This payment option can only be used by Banca Sella’s clients registered on www.sella.it and enabled for transactions without requiring a credit card number.

10. Will I receive a confirmation of payment?
Once the payment procedure is completed, a positive or negative notification of the transaction result will be displayed immediately. You will also receive an email containing a confirmation report directly from Banca Sella (it might not be sent with an hotmail account. Please, forward your request to marketing@agostiniassociati.com).

11. What is the CVV code?

The CVV is the 3 digits code which appears on the back side of the credit card and represents a new form of security validation data.
