Experienced Vendor Manager (ref. VM)

Agostini Associati, a leader in Italy in translation services, is seeking a VENDOR MANAGER for its Milan offices.

Duties:

In this position, you will be completely in charge of a global network of translators. Specific duties include:

  continuous recruitment and selection of translators throughout the world

  testing resources, continuous monitoring of performance based on the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and UNI EN 15038 company certified quality assurance systems.

  remote training

Experience and qualifications required:

  at least 2 years’ experience in the role of Vendor Manager in translation or localization companies

  fluent English and Italian required, a good level of another language preferred

  excellent computer skills, specifically in the use of search engines and specific tools 

  previous experience in sector multinationals desired, but not necessary
